Is this waitress attracted/interested in me? or is it for tips?
I’m just looking for a few opinions, I’m gonna go for it either way.
I met this waitress at this lounge i regularly go to she’s quite new and just started working there.
Usually it’s quite easy for me to recognize the signs of attraction so if a female is interested in me i can usually tell.
But considering she’s a waitress it’s quite hard to tell if shes doing these things out of genuine interest or just doing her job.
:Signs:
Looks at me quite often with a slight smile.
slightly bumps into me from time to time.
Always touches me with her hands when she passes by for example the place is kinda small but if i’m walking past her and shes walking towards me she would put her hands on my chest and stomach for a few seconds.
always makes jokes etc.
They seemed like signs of attraction but at the end of one night i asked for her phone number and she said in a shy coy smile as if she was joking that shes a waitress and i’m a customer blah blah.
So i just brushed it off. once i was about to leave she came from behind and gave me a back hug which lasted a few seconds.
So i dont know where i stand right now , either way i’m going to pursue i dont really have anything to lose.
So my question is how should i pursue it.
Should i just play cool and let her come to me without giving her much attention.
Or should i give her attention with hopes she’ll reciprocate
Also where do i stand?
Ask her out, what is worst that can happen? She says no? If she says yes, then she’s interested, if no then shes not.

hahahaha yea shes flirting. kay, so at the end of her shift, go up and talk to her- ask her if shed like to go out some time (oh if u havent like, told her ur name and stuff- do tht first) . yea. if she says tht ur the customer nd shes the waitress or w/e then shes jst nt interested. Most wait staff people start to flirt with customers for the tips, you could ask her out, but be honest with yourself, would she really date you. Keep in mind people from all walks of life past through that place and she has heard every line.References :
