When they smile at you, their eyes have to "smile" too. It sounds weird but if their eyes look like they are smiling also, then you know they aren't faking it. You'll just know, trust me. Hair flips around you, of course. They try to get close to you most of the time instead of keeping a safe distance (unless they are very shy). They will usually ask for your number, try to plan a day where you two can hang out, or just ask you if you want to spend some time with them. They'll smile a lot around you. They'll also gaze at you a lot. They might try to make a lot of conversation around you, mostly fishing for things you two have in common (that's the key to a relationship).
