   Smile A lot, laugh at what there saying (if its funny)
   be really nice, offer to help carry things eg books
   things like that,

   It can be as subtle as a head tilt or as obvious as batting your eyelashes at someone. I’ve always been a fan of the "lingering glance" – you find someone interesting, you give them a soft smile, then just kind of look at them for a few moments before letting your eyes drift away.
   Women have a tendency to fluff or toss they’re hair when they’re trying to flirt with someone.
   People who are attracted to you have a habit of mimicking your movements while you’re talking to them – that’s very subtle flirting – like if you pick up your drink, they do, that sort of thing.

   girls:
   look at the person from beneathe your lashes…
   when walking in front of them or to leave an impression, walk slowly but surely, one foot slightly crossing the other so that your butt sways…
   always lean towards the person like when you sit near them or next to them, cross the leg furthest from them, over the leg closest to them…

   guyz:
   when you see them or look them face to face, look them in the eye, then slowly smile *your smile* while looking directly at them and into their eyez… and possibly their lips later. but thats if you want to mean that you wants something more than just a casual fling.
   a casual fling flirt/fun flirt: when they enter the room, make eye contact, look em up and down and slowly smile… then look back at their face, make eye contact and then smile *your smile* (blow them away) and then tilt your head toward them to acknowledge them.

   ladies can do the same… without the tilt. after the smile, walk the walk to the other side of the room… away from the man. let the man come to you.

   in general: alwayz keep an open stance around the sex you are trying to attract. smile alot (but not to the point where ur forcing it). laugh when you have to (again, try not to force it) and ladies, have lazy eyez when you look a guy in the eye.

   number one rule: relax, and be comfortanble. don’t cross your arms, and don’t fidget… and also, don’t clam up unless the attention is unwanted.References :
