Can you girls help me figure out this girls body language?

I have been talkin to this girl for a month about… and today she hit me with it: "yeah i went to this party with my boyfriend."
So im like wondering why she touched her EAR when she told me of him. Is it some signal? She was sort of hesitant to tell me about her man. And she grabbed her LEFT ear with her RIGHT hand when she told me… is this something relevant?
Do girls touch their ears for a purpose when telling a guy they may like that they got a man?
It probably means that she has a boyfriend but that she likes you lots, like a friend and when they break up you´ll be the fist in line
