Body language is a reflection of manly and unmanly traits.
If you can exhibit confidence and calmness in how you walk or sit or move, that is a good thing.

1. take your time, no rushing
2. stay calm, react slowly, nervous people are jittery and often surprised
3. when you sit, sit in a relaxed fashion, no tense and straight back but no slouching either
4. when you talk, keep it one tone, speak calmly + clearly
5. eyes say a lot, keep it relaxed and calm, nothing can make you go off
