I want to be able to talk to him, i want to use it to attract him into conversation, im not using it as a spell, i can make him like me ,for being me! But just just get the nerve to talk to him etc, any ideas? thank you 
Just ask for the opportunities to be presented to you both for conversation to flow, ask that if he is free to be friends with you and if it is in both of your best interests and will cause no hurt or pain to anyone else, that friendship develop. Then leave it alone – if it is meant to be it will happen. Remember not to ask for him to love you, nor try to bind him to you and it must be in his best interest to be friends with you. Trying to force something that isn’t meant to be is not wise and will come back to bite you if you understand my meaning, so don’t go there.

Honey….it all starts at hello, or ask him if he knows the answer to something he knows, but that he doesn’t know, that you know he knows the answer. do i make sense?? hehe….don’t try to be too into him, because then, he will notice that…and he might find that NOT attractive, or he could find it as a hint, of you trying to at least making an effort to get his attention. you have to be prepare for it, if you are serious, like myself…i talk to the mirror, i act….i mess up, and laugh, or twist my lips, cause hwat i said was dumb! hehehe….it’s true,..practice makes perfect….have high confidence that a woman, can talk to a guy first…it’s 2009, almost 2010, so, it’s not 1913, when the man u know…went ahead and made plans…nowdays, woman are equal in almost everything. Have motivation, confidence, keep your chin up and go for it!! you have my support. =o)

You have received some great answers already – you’re on the right track! In my experience with both the Law of Attraction and practicing it’s principles to help me feel and be more attractive, it all starts with you…
The Universe (Source Energy, God to some) already see you as positively gorgeous, perfect, wonderful, precious, divine, interesting, fun, and really special. So, in order to be really aligned with the Law of Attraction, the more often you feel that way about yourself too, the more often you will be strongly attractive to ANY desires that are in your heart that are for the highest good of all concerned.
Try practicing making a list of all of your own best qualities and what you appreciate about yourself/your life each night before you go bed – write them down in your journal and go to sleep thinking about good things… After a very short time, you will be waking up with more and more confidence.
The more you love your life and appreciate who you are (and who others are), the more attractive you will be to everybody! Feeling a sense of love for life is very attractive!
…And genuinely smiling at him, while silently sending the message that "he will always WIN" when he talks to you won’t hurt either!!
