How have you found success/failure using the Laws of Attraction or The Secret?
I am doing some research and would love to hear your personal story of the success or failure you have found using the Laws of Attraction or The Secret.

Well, one time I spent all my money…it was $16 and I was distressed because it was all I had…but I had forgotten that and accidentally spent it all. I centered myself and told myself to stay positive. I kept thoughts in my head like "I am always provided for, I am always taken care of, all is well." and about five minutes later, I found a wad of money on the street. The most amazing thing was, it was $16 exactly. No joke, true story. 
A few times I have gotten pizza at work because I really, really wanted it. Each time, someone from a different department would poke their head in and tell me that they had left over pizza from a conference.
The times that it has worked the best for me, is when I don’t think about the law of attraction. I just want something and I really, really want it. I find myself just thinking about it and wanting it and that is when it comes to me.
If I sit down and pick something out that I want…like a million bucks, it’s not the same.
First off, I have never had a million bucks so I don’t know what that’s like. I know what pizza taste like though and I know how much I love it I know it’s possible for me to have without a doubt in my mind.
I think that’s why it’s so easy to manifest everyday things and so hard to manifest big things. Strong, pure desire seems to remove all obstacles in manifestation.
Trying to manifest a large amount of money is hard because the desire to do so is clouded with questions…sometimes fear. Like what if your Grandma dies and that’s how the money comes to you. Or just pondering how it’s going to come to you. You get stuck in your head and that totally dilutes that strong, passionate desire.
This is what I have found in my experience anyways. I have had other great results with the LOA but I think this answer is long enough already.

Marie and I (my wife) manifested a house in one of the most affluent areas in Toronto (The Beach) in just over 2 weeks using the law of attraction.
We just both focused on it without any doubt, and even though at the time we could not afford it, we were able to get the perfect house. Now finding the "perfect" house in "The Beach" is pretty difficult. It’s an older area of Toronto, and every single house is totally different.

The Secret fails to impress me: the idea that if you focus on obtaining something, you’re more likely to get it is so basic — hardly any secret!
I did, however, like The Master Key System by Haanel. It’s kind of a predecessor to the Secret, but what I found useful in it were the mental exercises it suggests, for becoming more receptive to good ideas and so on.References :
I truly believe that all the rules that have been applied to the making it work is with a smile through the journey,and failure is faith.rather its just the faith to get up every morning with a smile to some one that is grumpy,to looking at that stack of bills on the table…or to learning that children really are the teachers….the big secret is do you like you?an how can you except someone else to if you don’t.and after being with my husband for 23years who I also grew up with…..I have learned I love but don’t always like some days ,and that every day is always an eye opener,to love!there is no pride when it comes to doing the right thing,and when your children bring their children home…..that’s what its about….one big revolving wide open space that starts with love and never ends;you just keep chugging along…good or bad moments remember always being silly is spirit renewal and sing to the earths graciousness and the fact we have the opportunity to do so….blessed beReferences : life on a broomstick
