You have to think of what you do want. Maybe you keep thinking of not wanting drama again with the new neighbors. And you keep thinking about it. All that energy was brought back towards you once again! It's true, the secret is a bunch of ideas from bibles, and other older books! but i do believe in it. Some of the ideas are just recycled from already knwon common knowledge and can be found in books like the Bible. The rest of it is just a buch of mumbo jumbo to get gullible people to get all excited thinking they can "think themselves rich" and then the word spreads and everyone buys the book.
