   An older woman is more likely to engage you in conversation. Chances are, she wont be giggly and bubbly like a younger girl might. Rather, she is probably looking to make sure you are worth her time but checking the quality of your thinking and conversations.

   If you pass that test, she will probably let you know that she wants to keep talking to you. She will ask you about lunch or free time, expecting you to take the hint.

   A great way to know if she is interested is to ask her out. If she says yes, then you know she likes you. An older woman probably wont waste her time on a guy she doesnt like.References :

   well… one sign is that she laugh at your jokes when there not funny or she looks at you alot and just smiles… sometimes that might just be a friendly gesture tho dont jump to conclusion and if you want to no just ask her…References :
