If you were to book her a day of pampering however, be sure to book it for a day other than the 14th since you should be spending this day together as a couple and not separately! Even if you can’t afford to make another costly gesture on the day, take her to a museum together (many of London’s are free) or another area of interest – which for her will probably be Primark!.

You do have to be careful however and make sure that you are sensitive. If you know a particular person is concerned with losing weight then it might not be the best idea to get her weight loss books, even if it may be a good gift.
You may be able to do something like this as a joke, however, if you know someone who won’t take it all too seriously. In fact, getting a jokey gift is always a great option if you are a little stuck for ideas or you are trying to find a gift for someone who pretty much has everything already!
